Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations require a 48 Hour notice, if any appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours a 50% charge will be charged to the card on file. No shows result in a 100% fee and will be charged to the card on file. It the card declines during the fee charge you will not be able to book without paying the additional fee.
